Truth: I Have a Crush on Your Instagram Feed
Don't act like you didn't know. You've seen my name hovering above the <3 button.
As some of you may (or may not) remember, I swore off Instagram and Facebook late last year. "It's too much," I exclaimed. "Those terms of service are b-a-n-a-n-a-s!" I un-friended everyone on Facebook and deactivated my account. I tried desperately to find a new photo sharing app that I could enjoy as much as Instagram.
So, what happened? Over seven months later, my Facebook strike is going strong. I've logged in to keep up with a few events, but that's about it. Because I have no "friends," it's super easy to just log in, get the details and log right back out. Done and done. Do I miss it? Sometimes. Do I miss it enough to go back to using it regularly? Nope.
My relationship with Instagram, however, has blossomed. What can I say? There are so many people I know (and many whom I have never met) posting incredible photos. I just can't seem to quit it.
A few users in particular are super crush-worthy, so I thought I'd publicly announce my love for their mad skills:
- Peggy Wong - @bluepoolroad
- Sheldon Neill - @sheldonneill
- National Forests - @nationalforests
- Lori Andrews - @theoriginal10cent
- Mark Weinberg - @markweinbergnyc
- Theron Humphrey - @thiswildidea
I obviously follow many wonderful feeds, but these are a few of my favorites. I just love the curated feel to each collection and appreciate the effort they put into sharing their work. Go check them out if you have a minute!

Since I'll probably be keeping Instagram around for the foreseeable future, I'd love to know who you all enjoy following. Any stand-out favorites? Are we friends on Instagram yet? I'm @JenSnyder if you're into that sort of thing.
