CYOP #11 - Embracing the Quirkiness of Your Brand with Graphic Designer and Illustrator Kristin deNeeve

Kristin deNeeve // Illustrator + Graphic Designer + Shop Owner

I was recently introduced to Kristin through a group of incredible business women I meet with each month and after checking out her business site and shop post-meeting, I knew I had to have her on the show.

She's a talented freelance graphic designer and illustrator, but what drew me in were her "for fun" illustrations that make their way to her online shop in the form of prints and cards. Her illustration work is so fun and quirky—I just had to get the scoop!

When I finally had a chance to sit down with her to talk creativity, inspiration and what it's like to navigate a fairly winding career path, she dove right into her story and let me tell you—she's been a busy gal! As she mentions in the show, she's been doing some editorial illustrations (which sound so cool!) and she's got a ton of new design and illustration projects in the works. Not only that, she's already gearing up for the holidays and will be offering to custom design holiday cards for companies and individuals—brilliant idea, right?

She's got an amazing amount of insight to share and I hope you enjoy the interview as much as I did!
