Today's show brings me to Austin, Texas to visit with artist, designer and maker Jen Moulton who creates everything from jewelry to leather goods to ceramics out of her home studio. Of course, I’ve been following her journey for some time and when I started to notice a shift in her work and the way she was approaching her art, I knew I needed to sit down and talk with her.
In the interview we cover her journey from having a "real job" to being a full-time artist, how she’s shifting her business model to maximize her creativity and—this was really interesting to me—how and why she decided to take a break from her business earlier this year.
