Sharing the More Difficult Stories

Several months ago I was given the opportunity to share part of my story I generally keep for friends and family. You see, many of you may not know this, but I was born without the lower half of my right arm. 

I honestly keep meaning to open up and tell you all more of my personal journey as someone with a disability in this space, but I could never really find the right way to approach it.

So, when Sarah from one of my favorite blogs, Yes and Yes, offered the chance to be featured in her "True Story" column, I realized it was the perfect time to share something that's truly shaped who I am today.
